Refund Policy

Thank you for using dueam. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best experience possible. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for subscription cancellation and refund eligibility for our SaaS platform.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your dueam subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to the Platform will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after the cancellation takes effect.
  • You will retain the ability to export your organization's data for 30 days after your access ends.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • New Subscriptions: If you are unsatisfied with dueam within 7 days of starting a new subscription, you may request a full refund.
  • Upgrades: If you upgrade to a higher plan and are unsatisfied within 7 days of the upgrade, you may request a refund for the difference in plan costs.
  • After 7 Days: No refunds are available for partial months after the 7-day eligibility window. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period without further charges.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom development or consulting services
  • SMS credits that have been consumed
  • Add-on modules or features that have already been activated and used
  • Any charges from billing periods that have already concluded

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@dueam.com with:

  • Your organization name
  • The reason for your refund request
  • The date of your subscription or upgrade

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
